Day 6

Hello everyone! How was your weekend?

Do you ever find that things can get on top of you in busy times? Or when you aren’t well, you stop to rest and then have to work extra hard to catch up? Lately I feel like I am struggling to stay on top of a few things. So this week I will be dedicating our weekly special to “Getting on top of it all”
A few of my goals will be attacking Mount Washmore and folding and sorting out all the washing, all the winter clothes we have bought this week, and emptying the ironing basket. Urrrghhh I hate laundry. It breeds!!

Today’s focus room is the garden.
Get yourself out in the sunshine and fresh air and spend ½ hour working away.

Jobs that can be done in the garden:
Weeding
Mowing
Edging
Spraying weeds in footpaths
Pulling out dead plants
Planting
Fertilising
Mulching
Pruning (check first that it’s the right time of year for it)
Dead-heading (removing dead flowers)
Raking
Spreading compost

OBSCURE JOB: Got any green moss or algae on your cement or paving? Get some vinegar and a hard bristled or wire brush and get scrubbing.
