Hi everyone!
Ready to start a new week?

This week we are going to focus on getting on top of things. Spend an extra half an hour in your focus room, decluttering, cleaning, sorting and doing more than the basic clean. Sometimes things can slide and that’s ok, but it’s important to not let things slide on top of us until we are drowning.

Today’s focus room is the garden.
Get yourself out in the sunshine and fresh air and spend ½ hour working away.

Jobs that can be done in the garden:
Weeding
Mowing
Edging
Spraying weeds in footpaths
Pulling out dead plants
Planting
Fertilising
Mulching
Pruning (check first that it’s the right time of year for it)
Dead-heading (removing dead flowers)
Raking
Spreading compost

OBSCURE JOB: Get a duster and dust the top of window frames and door frames.
