Day 6

G’morning!

I don’t know about where you are, but here it’s been pouring with rain for the last 4 days - which is wonderful, because our area has been a dustbowl for months with the drought. But sadly the rain means I get behind in my washing. So today I plan to catch up.

What are you planning on catching up on?

Today’s focus room is the garden.
I won’t be in the garden today, since I am not that keen on getting drenched, but I shall be planning my veggie garden with companion planting. What will you do?

Weeding
Mowing
Edging
Spraying weeds in footpaths
Pulling out dead plants
Planting
Fertilising
Mulching
Pruning (check first that it’s the right time of year for it)
Dead-heading (removing dead flowers)
Raking
Spreading compost
