This week’s Weekly Special is PROJECT WEEK. Pick a project you have been meaning to do, or need to do and work on that over the next week. I’m going to get onto Christmas present making.

Today’s focus room is the garden.
I won’t be in the garden today, since I am not that keen on getting drenched, but I shall be planning my veggie garden with companion planting. What will you do?

Jobs that can be done in the garden:
Weeding
Mowing
Edging
Spraying weeds in footpaths
Pulling out dead plants
Planting
Fertilising
Mulching
Pruning (check first that it’s the right time of year for it)
Dead-heading (removing dead flowers)
Raking
Spreading compost
