This section is dedicated to things you traditionally buy, but can make it easily and cheaply by yourself.

Peanut Butter
1 x 500g bag of salted peanuts
oil (canola or vegetable)
extra salt (if needed)
Keep some extra nuts aside and chop coursely if want extra crunchy

Process nuts in a food processor to your liking (longer for smooth and less for crunchy) Add oil (otherwise it will go dry)
Add extra salt if you prefer. Fold through extra nuts (if you prefer) Store in Fridge in a screw top jar. I guess it would keep for a few months but it never really lasts that long anyway ;)
